Death advantages may be determined by a number of different ways at the discretion of the employee: from a minimum protection of group term insurance to a permanent benefit up to a pre-determined many of the employee's reported W-2 http://www.producersweb.com/r/WPI/d/contentFocus/?pcID=df324f6c9451eb0d1ab6287a93d4e00f income. The tax implications and funding responsibility to the worker can be impacted by the alternative they choose within the plan. In the case of an employee making $245,000, if a 10x multiple is employed that staff may receive a death benefit add up to $2,450,000 ($245,000 x 10). The resulting contribution depends heavily on which product is being employed for capital as well as the employee's age and health.

Thanks for the comment Chris.

I've switched over to Exchange myself. I know there was some limit to it previously, or it wasn't support at the time of the post so this was what I found to work, although it wouldn't sync all my calendars. Now Exchange support is there, and it syncs all calendars but not calendar colors. CalDAV on the other hand will also work and do the color syncing, but I haven't set it up yet since the colors aren't all that important to me.

I know this post is a bit old, but you can setup google services to sync via the Exchange protocol. This will allow you sync mail, calendar and contacts from google.

I replaced MobileMe with it. Best part is that it is free and works great!

I have used the Griffin AirCurve. I don't own the iPhone anymore, but enjoyed having the amplified speaker, and a nice dock.

Even though there are no responses to this yet that solve our inquiry, i must thank you for bringing up this problem. i have about 30,000 songs that i have collected over the course of 1 1/2 years and even that would not go through to apple. i have ten times less music than you and the genius is still not working for me for the same reasons as yours. please post solution to this problem if you find any.
